Ford GT drivers use simulator to prepare for 24 Hours of Le Mans

This year's 24 Hours of Le Mans is huge for the Ford Motor Co., as it marks the company's return to the place it humiliated Enzo Ferrari 50 years ago.

And with a squadron of the new Ford GT race cars ready to contest the world's most famous endurance race this weekend, Ford has gone all in making sure they're ready to take on Porsche, Audi, Toyota and the others.

To get the driver's prepped for the big race, Ford opened up its R&D Center in Concord, N.C., a place usually busy with NASCAR activity.
