All good: Joey Logano says he's not mad at his Penske teammate

Last weekend's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race did not go as planned for Team Penske's Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano at Bristol Motor Speedway.

After solid starting spots for both drivers, Keselowski slipped off Turn 4 and was unable to keep the No. 2 Ford under control early in the race. With no place to go, Logano drove into his teammate, sending both cars hard into the inside wall, bringing out the caution on Lap 23.

Despite both being eliminated from contention in the same wreck, Logano indicated the team has moved on from the incident and felt no need to discuss things further at the shop this week.

"I had a meeting with my team, and we went over what went through the weekend, but we didn't talk much as a team because there wasn't as much to go over after such a short run," Logano said Friday at Richmond International Raceway. "Everything is fine. Brad and I talked about it. ... He obviously didn't mean to do it. It hurt both our days, not just mine."

However, Logano was able to find a silver lining in Sunday's disappointing outing at Bristol.

"I think the damage repair the team did was really good, and we showed we had a really fast car afterward," he said. "That makes it more frustrating when you can go run with these guys, but you don't want to be that guy racing with them when you are 50 laps down. You don't want to make enemies out there. The practice the guys got fixing the car, we didn't have to do that because we have the win already but we get practice for if that comes up and we have to do that (in a later race). That was good practice to repair cars and get back out there as quick as we can."
