Watch multiple rally cars crash violently in the same turn
Multiple cars crashing at the same turn in a rally is not unheard of. In some instances, it is quite common when the drivers haven’t had a taste of the course before and/or one turn appears much less severe on the map than it does in reality.
That being said, the thing that stands out about the above video, taken from a First Finnish Junior Championship event, is the severity of the incidents, with many of the cars barrel-rolling over and one even hitting a tree.
Fortunately, it looks like all of the drivers and spectators - some of which, as always, seemed to be standing a little too close for comfort - were ultimately OK.
