Jason Anderson OK after being hit in the head by a motorbike
Monster Energy Supercross rider Jason Anderson took to Instagram to announce that he is OK following a scary incident Sunday at the Motocross of Nations in Italy.
Anderson was celebrating his win in the second race of the day, which had put USA in the lead, when a lapped rider's bike came up from behind him and struck him in the head.
Anderson was unable to line up for the third race of the day as he was taken to a local hospital. USA still placed third overall while France took the win.
Anderson had suffered a broken foot in a crash on Saturday, but took to his Instagram account on Monday to announce that he escaped injury in Sunday's crash:
