Crew D Julius James fined, suspended for conduct

Columbus Crew defender Julius James was suspended one game and fined an undisclosed amount by Major League Soccer's disciplinary committee on Friday.

James was penalized for `violent conduct' in the 78th minute of Columbus' 2-1 win at Philadelphia on Wednesday. He will miss the Crew's match against Montreal on Saturday.
