Yankees prospect belts home run onto roof of three-story building
Jake Cave is a prospect in the New York Yankees' farm system who currently plays the outfield for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in Triple-A. He's not among the top youngsters in the Yankees' crop of young talent, but he has some serious power.
During Wednesday night's game in Toledo, Cave hit one of the longest home runs you'll ever see. It not only cleared the right-field wall, but it hit off the top of a three-story building outside the stadium.
It was his only hit of the game and just his third homer with the RailRiders, but it was a big one.
