When is the Cubs World Series championship parade?

The Chicago Cubs won the 2016 World Series with 8–7 win over the Cleveland Indians in Game 7 on Thursday morning and plans are already underway for the championship parade.

The Cubs ended a 108-year drought to win their first World Series since 1908. The team overcame a 3–1 series deficit by winning Game 5 at Wrigley Field and Games 6 and 7 at Progressive Field.

Team chairman and owner Tom Ricketts was asked about the Cubs' celebration plans in Chicago and when a parade would be scheduled for.

"I have no idea, either Friday or Monday, I imagine." Ricketts said.
