Trout named All-Star Game MVP for second straight year

Mike Trout is the MVP of the 2015 All-Star Game on Tuesday, becoming the first player to win the award in consecutive seasons.

Trout homered to lead off the game and also scored the game's second run.

He was 1 for 3 with a walk in the American League's 6-3 win.

Trout also completed a career All-Star cycle — one of only 10 players to do so — in just his fifth major-league season.
