Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Marcus Stroman still eyeing September comeback

Before the 2015 season, the Toronto Blue Jays were dealt a devastating blow by losing out on Marcus Stroman.

Stroman was seen as a breakout candidate after compiling a 11-6 record with a 3.26 ERA in his rookie campaign.

In injuring his knee, the initial prognosis had him sidelined for the entire 2015 season.

He's having other thoughts, though:

It's unlikely the Blue Jays will rush him back to the mound as he represents a big part of their future, but getting an arm like Stroman's back in a pennant race would be huge.
