Soccer star Megan Rapinoe throws first pitch at Mariners vs. Angels game

Fresh off the U.S. Women's national soccer team's victory in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup, Megan Rapinoe took her talents to Safeco Field on Sunday to toss a ceremonial first pitch before the Mariners took on the Los Angeles Angels. Rapinoe, who also stars for the Seattle Reign FC, threw a pitch from the mound to Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager. Take a look:

Rapinoe's appearance was the second high-profile first pitch of the weekend, coming after 108-year-old Evelyn Jones did the honors on Saturday.
