Orioles, Dodgers swap minor league pitchers

BALTIMORE (AP) The Baltimore Orioles and Los Angeles have made a trade involving a pair of minor league pitchers.

Baltimore obtained left-hander Luis Ysla, and the Dodgers got right-hander Jesus Liranzo on Monday.

The 25-year-old Ysla has played five seasons in the minors, reaching Triple-A in 2016 with Pawtucket of the Red Sox organization.

Ysla is 16-23 with 3.93 ERA in 147 games, including 44 starts. He will be assigned to Double-A Bowie.

The 23-year-old Liranzo has not played above the Double-A level since breaking into professional baseball with the Braves organization in 2012.
