MLB on FOX highlights: Top plays from Yankees-Giants, Phillies-Rangers
The MLB on FOX made its season debut on Saturday with a pair of matchups featuring some teams hoping to contend.
In the Bronx, the Yankees weren't able to come back and defeat the Giants following their Opening Day win. New York got out to a 2-0 lead but gave up three runs in the fourth plus two runs in both the sixth and ninth innings. The Yankees threatened to tie or win the game in the ninth as they loaded the bases up, but weren't able to take full advantage as they lost 7-5.
In Arlington, the Rangers continued their mashing of the defending National League champion Phillies. Following an 11-7 Opening Day win, Texas poured 16 runs on Philadelphia on Saturday, winning 16-3 behind two three-run home runs from Mitch Garver. The Rangers will look to get the sweep on Sunday.
Here are the top plays from Giants-Yankees and Phillies-Rangers!

Jussssst a bit outside
It wasn't a wild pitch thrown by Giants starting pitcher Alex Cobb that hurt San Francisco in the first inning. It was a wild throw that gave the Yankees the game's first run. Cobb tried to turn two to end the inning, but his throw to second base ended up in center field, allowing Judge to score.

Highly-touted Yankees prospect Anthony Volpe recorded the first of many hits in his big league career on a grounder to left field in the second inning.

Following a review, it was determined that the tag was applied to end the game.

Three runs scored with Harrison on the mound, keeping Philadelphia within a 13-run striking distance entering the ninth.
