Huh? Manny Machado adds Best of Breed to his career accomplishments

Manny Machado soon will be fielding grounders with his teammates in Baltimore Orioles camp. But first he has to celebrate his Best of Breed recognition at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.

Wait, what?

As noted by Baltimore Orioles teammate Adam Jones on Tuesday morning, a dog named after the Orioles All-Star third baseman earned a win away from the diamond.

MLB.com notes that the canine Machado is a Xoloitzcuintli (aka a Mexican Hairless Dog).
