Hernia will likely end Taillon's season
Pirates' pitching prospect Jameson Taillon had worked so hard to rebound from Tommy John surgery and get back onto a mound, but it looks as if he's being sidelined once again.
According to Pirates.com, Taillon "is expected to have surgery late next week to repair an inguinal hernia."
The Pirates No. 2 prospect was recently scratched from his rehab start with abdominal discomfort.
