Harper amazed by Trout's skills: 'Trout can run, bro'

The All-Star Game pitted two of the game's top young talents together for one high-octane night, and while Washington Nationals standout Bryce Harper didn't blast any home runs or make absurd plays, Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels certainly did.

In fact, Trout basically owned it - as he owns most things these days, winding up with his second consecutive All-Star Game MVP award.

During the game, Trout showed off his ridiculous speed by scoring from second base in just 6.8 seconds. Here's a Statcast look at Trout's blazing skills on the basepaths:

When Trout scored that run, Harper was out in right field watching the action unfold. When pressed for comment about Trout's amazingness, Bryce responded in a typically Bryce Harper-ian way (as quoted by MLB.com's Lyle Spencer):

Well put, Bryce.
