Fowler feels blessed to be among All-Star Candidates

Dexter Fowler may or may not make the National League All-Star team this season, but that face that he's even being considered in a big accomplishment to him.

While playing in a big market has likely helped Fowler generate some votes, it's not as if he's undeserving of the nod.

The Cubs center fielder has been an offensive catalyst this season and is hitting .247 through his first 45 games.

Fowler also has six home runs and has already stolen 11 bases.
