David Ross will try to waltz his way to a championship on 'Dancing with the Stars'

David Ross will be training this spring after all – but in the studio instead of on the diamond. The beloved backup catcher, who retired following last year’s World Series, will participate in the upcoming season of “Dancing with the Stars.”

What a whirlwind for Ross. The man was carried off the field by his Cubs teammates after Game 7 of the World Series in October, he has a book due for release in May and now he is going prime time as the first baseball player to appear on “Dancing with the Stars.”
