Cubs' Jason Heyward delivers game-tying and walkoff hits to beat Giants

Jason Heyward drove in 100 percent of the Cubs' runs Sunday afternoon against the Giants, and he couldn't have been more clutch late in the game.

Heyward stepped to the plate in the ninth inning with the Cubs trailing 2-1 and a man on third base, and he chopped a hard-hit ball up the middle that made it past a diving fielder.

The Giants pushed the game to extra innings, and in the bottom of the 13th Heyward looped a ball that dropped in front of the center fielder to allow Anthony Rizzo to score from second.
