Cubs fans do terrifying trust falls from statue during World Series parade
At long last, Cubs fans finally get to let out 108 years of misery at the team's World Series parade through the streets of Chicago on Friday.
Let's check in on how things are going:
Nothing to see here, just some enthusiastic fans climbing an 18-foot statue and entrusting their personal safety to a group of rowdy, probably-drunk strangers. Sports!
Thankfully, none of these plunges ended in horrified screams, so we can probably assume that nobody was seriously injured. Luckily, Cubs fans have never been known to ruin the life of one of their own before.
