Cubs fan dooms franchise with premature World Series champs tattoo
You had a go at it, Cubs fans. You really did.
But then one man had to go and get a preemptive tattoo proclaiming the Chicago Cubs will win the 2016 World Series. The Comeback's Liam McGuire spotted footage of the ink.
It reads "Holy Cow!! Curse Broken" and "World Series Champions!"
Pretty brazen. Pretty ballsy. Either a huge win or mega-lose.
The man in question is Noel, a listening to the Des Moines, Iowa radio station station 1460 KXnO, who held a tattoo design competition for prospective Cubs fans looking for some postseason ink.
Noel is their winner, and seems pretty confident on that measure.
Good luck with that, man! I hope it doesn't haunt you forever!
Dan is on Twitter. Premature inking is the leading cause of sports disappointment.
