Brewers sent their rookies to get 24 Starbucks drinks in full uniform
The Milwaukee Brewers knew they were in for a long day on Tuesday as they opened a series against the Cubs with a day-night doubleheader at Wrigley Field.
And just like many of us, the Brew Crew decided to start off their long day with some coffee. So they sent their rookies on a run to Starbucks across from Wrigley Field -- in full uniform.
Thankfully, Milwaukee currently has plenty of rookies on the roster, because the four-man crew had 24 coffee orders to fetch for their teammates and personnel. Orlando Arcia, Andy Wilkins, Jacob Barnes and Damien Magnifico handled the delivery smoothly.

While the full-dressed ballplayers garnered plenty of attention from onlookers, the folks at Starbucks are used to this sort of thing. The 'Wrigley Field Rookie Starbucks Run' has become somewhat of a ritual for a number of MLB teams, including the Cincinnati Reds and St. Louis Cardinals, among others.
