Brewers broadcasters buy fan beer after he loses foul ball
A cold beer at a baseball game is one of life's greatest experiences. A cold beer at a baseball game also costs a little less than a monthly car payment, so it's basically like liquid gold when you're taking in the national pastime.
So if you were to lose a full beer at a baseball game, that would kind of suck.
On Tuesday, a Milwaukee Brewers fan found himself in that exact predicament while taking in the Brewers-Toronto Blue Jays game at Miller Park. A screaming foul ball came his way and the ball ended up smashing into the full beer. Not only was the beer gone, but the foul ball bounced right to another fan in a cruel twist of fate to an already crummy situation for the fan.
The Brewers' broadcast crew, knowing how bad of a situation this was for the fan, decided to lend a helping fan. In one of most Milwaukee things ever, the broadcast crew decided to buy guy the beer. Not only did he get a large, free beer, he also appeared to get a souvenir guess.
Call us crazy, but we're guessing that's some sort of Miller product in the glass.
