Boston's Drew out with hamstring strain

Boston Red Sox outfielder J.D. Drew is out of the lineup for the game against the Cleveland Indians with a strained right hamstring.

Manager Terry Francona said Drew was injured while catching a ball in foul territory Tuesday night. Drew made a long run from right field to catch the ball hit by Orlando Cabrera.

Francona doesn't think the injury is serious, but decided to rest Drew, who is batting .232 with three homers and 10 RBIs.

Mike Cameron started in right field and batted eighth.
