Blue Jays' Donaldson takes over in latest All-Star update

After sitting perched on top of the American League in All-Star votes, Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez has been unseated by Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson:
Donaldson is having a monster season in his first year with the Blue Jays, hitting .301 (91/302) with 18 home runs and 48 RBI through 76 games.
