Aroldis Chapman pitches look ridiculously fast even in slow motion
New York Yankees closer Aroldis Chapman throws the ball so darn hard that MLB.com had to create a "Chapman Filter" on its leaderboard for fastest pitches in order to make another pitcher visible on the rundown.
Last season with the Reds he registered an astonishing 103.9 miles-per-hour fastball. Now get a load of some recent Chapman offerings that still look pretty quick even in slow motion:
