Bella, a special-needs athlete, took home not one, but two gold medals in swimming during her first appearance in the Special Olympics, something she's spent months preparing for.
In addition to his achievements on the field, Albert Pujols is an active advocate of Down Syndrome. His charitable foundation, the Pujols Family Foundation, raises money to help the lives of those who live with Down syndrome and their families.
