50th anniversary stamp on balls at Angel Stadium

The Los Angeles Angels will mark the franchise's 50th anniversary with a commemorative logo on the baseballs they use at home games.

The team said Friday that balls put in play at Angel Stadium this year will have the special stamp.

The Angels estimate they use about 4,000 balls during the course of 81 home games each year.
