With one day remaining, we have a clear idea of who will be vying for the World Series in sight. Take a look at the teams who are favorites to win the World Series.

Here’s a breakdown of how the playoffs would look if the season ended the morning of September 26, 2025.

Eleven of the 12 spots have been filled. The Reds and Mets are competing for the final one in the National League Wild Card race. The top five seeds in the NL are set. There are two divisions in the American League that will go down to the final day.
