What to know: Nick Kurtz has starred for the Athletics and continues to lead the oddsboard, with his numbers climbing week after week. On the season, he is hitting .315, with 26 home runs and 68 RBIs in 314 at-bats. Last month marked a historic night in baseball, as Kurtz became the first MLB rookie to hit four home runs in a game during the Athletics' 15-3 win over the Astros. Another standout rookie — who is nowhere near Kurtz's odds — is Boston's Roman Anthony, who is batting .286 with five homers and 60 hits in 59 games.

What to know: Roki Sasaki joining the Dodgers was arguably the biggest free-agent news of the offseason, but injuries have derailed his season. Meanwhile, Brewers left-fielder Isaac Collins has recently surged to the top of the oddsboard over the past month, currently batting .277 with eight home runs and 43 RBIs. Right behind him is another strong contender, Braves rookie catcher Drake Baldwin. He is batting .278 and has hit 13 home runs with 56 RBIs.
