Second playoff hole

Cabrera and Perry stripe their tee shots right down the middle. Perry yanks his second shot left into the swale to the side of the green. Cabrera nails his second shot onto the green, about 15 feet from the pin. Advantage: Cabrera.

Perry's chip from the swale sails well long, and his ensuing putt misses left. Cabrera has two putts to win the Masters. He misses the first but makes the second.

Angel Cabrera has won the 2009 Masters.

First playoff hole

We're just waiting for them to tee off on 18. Campbell will get the honors. He drives it down the right side of the fairway. Great shot to start.

Cabrera is next, and he's in big trouble. His tee shot sails right and is buried in the straw right behind a tree. Perry goes last and sends one right down the middle of the fairway.

Cabrera does about as well as he can out of a nasty spot. His shot hits a tree and bounces into the fairway. Perry pushes an 8-iron right on his second shot, landing just shy of the bunker right of the green.

The door is open for Campbell, but he can't walk through. Campbell sprays his second shot into the same bunker that Perry narrowly avoided. They'll all need to get up and down just to make par.

All of a sudden, the advantage swings to Cabrera, who nails his third shot to about 10 feet. Perry one-ups him, chipping to within a foot. Perry taps in to make his par.

Campbell does well with his shot out of the sand, getting it to within five feet. Cabrera makes his putt to force another hole. Campbell, though, has his putt rim the right edge. He's out. Cabrera and Perry will go to the second playoff hole.
