West Virginia football announces 2015 award winners

West Virginia has announced its 2015 football awards. There are some surprises, but for the most part, the expected names were honored by the Mountaineer program.

 

A pair of future pros won 'Offensive Player of the Year' and 'Defensive Player of the Year.' Those distinctions went to Wendell Smallwood and Nick Kwiatkoski, who made plays all over the field this season. Senior punter Nick O'Toole was West Virginia's Special Teams Player of the Year.
