WATCH: Stanford forces Cody Kessler fumble, returns it for TD

Up 20-16 late in the third quarter in the Pac-12 Championship game on Saturday, Stanford's defense came through with a huge play. 

USC QB Cody Kessler dropped back to throw, but Stanford LB Blake Martinez forced a fumble and Solomon Thomas returned it all the way to the house for a touchdown. 

The fumble return gave the Cardinal a 27-16 lead going into the fourth quarter.
