WATCH: Show up late to practice and Bielema will make you pay

With running back Jonathan Williams now out for the season, Arkansas will be looking to Alex Collins to shoulder the load in his absence. Collins will be expected to not only produce on the field but also become a better leader off the field now that he is the Razorbacks' unquestioned leader at running back. 

Collins is not off to a great start so far.

After arriving to practice late, albeit only 30 seconds late, Collins, wide receiver Jojo Robinson and defensive back Cornelius Floyd were all punished in a unique way recently. Here's Bret Bielema explaining his new form of punishment:

Bielema wasn't singling out the three, as punter Blake Johnson and long snapper George Madden received similar punishments Tuesday. 

You've been warned Razorbacks, don't you dare show up to practice late under Bielema's watch.
