WATCH: Rudock threads needle for TD, but the catch is even better

Honestly, QB Jake Rudock had underwhelmed most of the night.

The Iowa transfer hadn't found much traction for his new team, and it looked as if Michigan -- down 17-3 to the Utes with less than a minute left in the third quarter -- might miss out on the end zone entirely, 

But then Rudock threw this bomb (above) into triple coverage, and junior tight end Jake Butt came up with that incredible grab.

Suddenly, Michigan finally had some life.
