WATCH: On third-and-20, Irish's Kizer throws 46-yard TD bomb

After losing starting quarterback Malik Zaire to a fractured ankle last week against Virginia, it appeared No. 8 Notre Dame would be in for a long weekend with No. 14 Georgia Tech coming to South bend.

But not if Kizer has anything to do with it.

During the Irish's second possession of the game, and on a third-and-20 situation, Kizer dropped back and delivered another beautiful long-ball deep down the sideline, 46 yards for the go-ahead touchdown.

Maybe the Irish's playoff hopes are still alive.
