WATCH: Michigan's Harbaugh rips off jacket while arguing call

Jim Harbaugh's sideline antics have been well-known for some time, but he took his frustration to another level Saturday during Michigan's game against Penn State in State College.

The Wolverines were called for 13 penalties for 117 yards -- compared to three penalties and 30 yards for the Nittany Lions -- and at one point, after Michigan was flagged for questionable 15-yard penalties on consecutive plays, Harbaugh simply lost it.

During the third quarter, sophomore defensive back Jabrill Peppers was called for pass interference on a throw on which the Penn State receiver initially pushed off with his hand on Peppers' face mask. Harbaugh reacted by storming down the sideline and berating the official while tossing aside his headset, then unzipping and completely removing his jacket on a 48-degree day in Happy Valley.

Michigan went on to win 28-16 to improve to 9-2, but in a sloppy, sometimes-ugly game, Harbaugh provided what might have been the most entertaining moment.
