Watch Jimbo Fisher's message to Florida State during epic Louisville beatdown
There was no more shocking upset anywhere in college football last week than the Louisville Cardinals' 63-20 beat down of Florida State. The victory not only shook up the ACC title race, but proved that Louisville is undoubtedly a national championship contender.
Yet while all the focus remains on Louisville, a better question might be this: What was it like to be on the Florida State sideline Saturday? Footage from the newest episode of "A Season with Florida State Football," which airs weekly on Showtime, was released Tuesday.
You can see just how dour and painful it was on the sideline during one of the worst beatdowns in school history, but head coach Jimbo Fisher had a message for FSU:
While the loss was devastating, there are some silver linings for Florida State fans. One, to the credit of Seminoles players, they didn't quit. They weren't the better team, but they did play until the final whistle.
Even better: It's only Week 3, and there's still a lot of football left. Things can change in a hurry.
