WATCH: Florida P Townsend agrees with McElwain on PB&J intricacies

Punter Johnny Townsend is one of the most underrated players on then entire Florida team.

Fourth in the conference in total punting yards and third in yards per boot, he's been an unsung hero for the squad with his ability to switch field position.

He recently did an interview Whitney Haworth, giving the punter some much-deserved notoriety.

Townsend spoke about his future, and how the NFL is "the longterm goal" ultimately. He also admitted that the coolest thing about playing at Florida is "running out of the tunnel on Saturday's with 90,000 people screaming."

After delving into football-centric questions, he fielded a few fun ones from fans on social media.

When asked which Ninja Turtle is his favorite, he paused and said, "Michelangelo ... is that the blue one?" While Michelangelo is a Ninja Turtle, he rocks the color orange (Leonardo is the "blue" turtle).

Much this year has been made of head coach Jim McElwain's fondness for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Townsend also had an opinion when asked how he likes his treats.

"I'd have to go with creamy (peanut butter), I'm not really much of a crunchy guy," said Townsend. "As long as your smear the peanut butter and jelly all the way to the edges like Coach Mac tells you to, then you're good."
