Watch Auburn player get ejected for huge hit that left LSU's quarterback bloodied
Going up against Auburn's strong defense is tough, just ask Danny Etling.
The LSU quarterback was blasted in the side of the head in the second quarter of Saturday's LSU-Auburn game after a four-yard scramble that he tried to cap with a slide.
Tre' Williams, going in for the tackle, led with the crown of his head and made direct helmet to helmet contact with Etling.
The quarterback stayed in the game, bloodied, but not concussed. Williams was ejected for targeting.
It's hard to argue with that call.
