Watch a high school junior drill a 76-yard field goal
Williams Field High School junior Brandon Ruiz recruiting stock is likely about to rise thanks to these recent Twitter videos showing off his insane power. Ruiz launched a 76-yard field goal that carried more than three-quarters of the length of the field with a little help from the wind.
Ruiz beat his own personal record by three and a half yards.

Ruiz's 76-yard bomb is 12 yards longer than the current NFL record for distance (Matt Prater kicked a 64-yarder in 2013), and nine yards longer than the NCAA record of 67. Ruiz falls short of the unofficial Twitter video record, however. Texas kicker Nick Rose made an 80-yard field goal in last summer.
