Washington State's breakout performer in 2015 will be?
After a 3-9 record in 2015 and the loss of QB Connor Halliday it is fair to wonder how the Cougars will be able to compete in a tough Pac-12 North in 2015.
Here's one thing we know: head coach Mike Leach will depending on a couple of his up and coming players to have breakout seasons.
With that in mind, the fine folks at SB Nation's Cougcenter listed three players that could make a big difference for the Cougars in 2015.
WR Robert Lewis
Lewis, a 5'9" wide receiver, caught 41 balls for 370 yards and two touchdowns last season. He could be a big game-breaker in 2015.
CB Marcellus Pippins
Pippins should excel in a Cougar secondary that struggled mightily in 2014.
K Matthew Abramo
Yes, a kicker. The Cougars are going to need Abramo to come through when the offense can't punch it into the endzone.
