Wagner 31, Monmouth, N.J. 20

Quarterback Nick Doscher rushed for two touchdowns and added a passing score to lead Wagner to a 31-20 win over Monmouth on Saturday, giving Seahawks coach Walt Hameline his 200th career victory.

Hameline, who is in his 30th year at Wagner, became the 32nd collegiate coach to win 200 games at one level and is currently the eighth-winningest active coach at the Football Championship Subdivision level. He also became the 64th coach in NCAA history to join the 200-win club.

Doscher completed 13 of 26 passes for 206 yards and rushed for 129 yards on 25 carries for the Seahawks (5-4, 3-3 Northeast Conference). Monmouth fell to 3-6, 3-3.

Defensive back Frantz Placide blocked a fourth-quarter punt, which he returned 29 yards for a score and later blocked an extra point. Tyrone Collins had four receptions for 112 yards, including a 46-yard touchdown catch in the final quarter.
