Virginia Tech's Hodges returning for junior season

Virginia Tech’s newly hired head coach Justin Fuente got some good news on Wednesday when tight end Bucky Hodges announced he’s coming back to Blacksburg for his redshirt junior season.

A big threat in the passing game, the 6-foot-7, 242-pound Hodges caught 40 passes for 530 yards and six touchdowns in 2015 en route to becoming an all-ACC second-team tight end.

Hodges’ best performance of the season came during a 45-43 OT loss to Duke when he pulled in five passes for 101 yards and three touchdowns.
