USC vs UCLA Kickoff Time Set for 2016 Rivalry Game
The 2016 edition of the USC vs UCLA rivalry finally has an announced kickoff time and TV channel, just days before the November 19th showdown at the Rose Bowl. It’ll kickoff at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN.
The announcement of the USC vs UCLA game time was delayed last week, as the Pac-12’s television partners opted to use their contractual right to force a six-day selection based on the outcome on this past week’s game.
After careful consideration, ESPN has picked the game for its 7:30 p.m. time slot to kickoff after the match up of Clemson and Wake Forrest.
Clay Helton’s team will look to retain the Victory Bell after winning last year’s USC vs UCLA game by a 40-21 score at the Coliseum.
History is on their side, since the Trojans’ ownership of the 295-pound brass bell hasn’t been limited to just one year since 1985.
The 2016 Trojans will walk into the Rose Bowl as winners of six-straight games and are fresh off an impressive 26-13 takedown of the previously unbeaten Washington Huskies.

It’s the best form in years for USC, but they won’t find an opponent quite on the same level.
UCLA’s 38-28 win over Oregon State on Saturday snapped a four-game losing streak, dating back to early October when quarterback Josh Rosen suffered what has become a season-ending injury.
USC owns a 47-31-7 series record with the Bruins, and will look to get their first win in Pasadena since 2010. They’re just 7-10 at the Rose Bowl since the Bruins moved there before the 1982 season.
