UNC WR Howard 'bugged' by lack of attendance at home games

It’s safe to say that UNC wide receiver Bug Howard has been bugged by the lack of support at the Tar Heels home football games this season.

On Saturday, UNC (2-1) won its second game in row, beating Illinois 48-14 at home, but not all the Tar Heels players where in a festive mood afterwards.

The win took place in front of approximately 41,000 fans, the only problem is that Kenan Memorial Stadium holds up to 63,000, leading Howard to tweet: “Maybe if we did a Men's basketball pick up game at halftime of our games maybe people will show up? Will you?”

It will be interesting to see how the UNC faithful respond this Saturday when the Heels host Delaware at 12:30 p.m.
