UCLA's tough week at The Opening

UCLA had a slew of prospects heading to The Opening last week and had hoped to nab at least one of those recruits.

The Bruins came away empty, but as if that wasn't bad enough, they also lost a commitment.

Jordan Parker, a top cornerback in the state of California, announced he was de-committing from UCLA. Parker had also been UCLA's lone cornerback commit in the class of 2016.

The Bruins, however, are not in scramble mode. They are still on the short list of several top recruits, and could even flip a few commitments in their favor.
