Top WR prospect takes a step closer to officially joining Auburn
Considering Auburn finished the season ranked No. 11 in the SEC in passing, the Tigers need all the help they can get in the passing game. Adding five-star receiver Kyle Davis would be a great start.
Davis sent out a tweet Tuesday announcing his financial aid papers have been signed with Auburn, taking the elite prospect one step closer to joining the club.
FAA papers signed and sent off. I'm officially an Auburn Tiger. #WDE?

While signing the papers does not lock Davis into playing for the Tigers, it does allow the school unlimited contact with him, giving Auburn a recruiting advantage over all others. According to 247Sports, Davis is the No. 1 rated receiver in the country and the No. 2 overall player from the state of Georgia.
