TCU comes out on top in Best in Texas poll

When it comes to the Big 12, there's no separating Baylor and TCU.

The two are the top teams, ranked the highest and the most notable after being snubbed a season ago to make it into the College Football playoffs.

And of course the two are ranked against each other in about every conceivable category.

The Dallas Morning News found another way to compare the teams, giving TCU the nod as the top team in Texas.

TCU came in No. 1 followed by Baylor, Texas A&M and Texas. Texas Tech is No. 5, tied with Houston, followed by Rice, UTEP, Texas State and SMU.
