See 'Mighty' Oregon's wild uniforms for game against Virginia
One of college football's greatest modern traditions is checking in with the Oregon Ducks each week to see what wild uniforms they'll be wearing in their next game. This week, they did not disappoint with the unveil.
Those threads will be worn during the Ducks' game against Virginia this coming Saturday. Even Coldplay thinks that's a lot of yellow.
Personally, I'm a big fan of the helmet. As a huge fan of the Duck logo, it's cool to see them use a dual-decal combo, and the matte black helmet is complimented nicely by the neon yellow facemask. The jersey is pretty nice as well, as it brings a pretty unique design across the shoulder pads that meshes nicely with the helmets. The yellow jersey into yellow pants into yellow socks into yellow cleats might be a little much, though. Blacks pants might have been a better play call here.
Regardless, this is a strong effort from Nike & Oregon as they get into the 2016 season.
