Report: Mighigan fan ejected, accused of assaulting Oregon St. player

Michigan beat Oregon State 35-7 on Saturday in Ann Arbor in a game that also reportedly included an incident involving a fan of the Wolverines and an Oregon State player.

MLive.com has the details via a school official:

The man was ejected for 'grabbing or slapping' an Oregon State player's helmet as the player was walking in the tunnel near the field, officials said. The player was wearing his helmet at the time.

The report goes on to state criminal charges could still be brought against the fan, who was one of six people ejected over accusations of a variety of offenses in the first game of the season at Michigan Stadium.
